Prize draw terms and conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Ilo Sauna (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible.

  • Internet access and a valid social media account on the relevant platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) are required.

3. How to enter

  • Entry instructions are provided in the giveaway post.

  • Only entries that follow all stated steps will be counted.

  • No purchase is necessary.

  • One entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

4. Promotion period
The opening and closing dates of the prize draw will be specified in the giveaway post. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

5. Prize

  • The prize is as described in the giveaway post.

  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative rewards.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner selection & notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the closing date.

  • The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform where they entered.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours (or timeframe stated in the post). If they do not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that their name and/or social media handle may be announced on Ilo Sauna’s social media channels. No additional personal information will be shared without consent.

8. Data Protection
Any personal data provided in connection with the prize draw will be used only for administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • lost, delayed, or incomplete entries

  • technical failures or issues on social media platforms

  • any injury or loss incurred by participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence

10. Social Media Disclaimer
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media platform used for the giveaway. Participants release the platform from all liability.

11. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • The prize draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Promoter is based.
